About the position

EPS Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to assist with the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This position is contingent upon the award of the Proposed Contract, highlighting the importance of adaptability and readiness to engage in a dynamic work environment. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing large-scale projects, particularly those with budgets exceeding $5 million. This role requires a strong technical foundation in enterprise-level technology management, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with senior-level Department of Defense (DoD) personnel and defense industry professionals. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered successfully and in compliance with established standards and protocols. This position demands a proactive approach to monitoring project performance and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Effective communication with all stakeholders is essential to ensure that project objectives are met and that any challenges are addressed promptly. In addition to managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs, the Program Manager will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in handling complex and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with senior-level professionals in the defense sector. A strong technical background in enterprise-level technology management is also required, along with relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
  • Collaborate with Senior-level DoD personnel and defense industry professionals.
  • Ensure successful delivery of technology management programs.
  • Manage and lead Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, or at least 5 years in a Project/Program Management position managing project budgets in excess of $5M.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoD experience, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior-level DoD personnel.
  • Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise-level technology management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
