About the position

The Program Manager at Akima, LLC plays a crucial role in overseeing the effective execution of contracts for Tundra Federal. This position is responsible for managing various programs, ensuring that all activities align with specified objectives, and delivering results that meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manages program(s) to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
• Responsible for the delivery of an assigned program(s).
• Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
• Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
• Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
• Supports the project team, ensuring adherence to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and achieving project goals.
• Maintains quality assurance standards throughout project execution.
• Monitors project milestones and timelines, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• BA Degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.

• Prior experience providing support to the Air Force.
