About the position

The Program Manager will lead the delivery of new infrastructure, data mapping, consumer-facing systems, and reporting solutions in Power-BI. This role requires collaboration with various teams and managing the operational impacts on supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver new data mapping technology and support the rebranding of newly acquired stores.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate weekly and executive status updates.
  • Coordinate with other tech teams to deliver technology solutions with multiple dependencies.
  • Mentor and coach Project Managers within the program.
  • Establish and update project plans, manage deviations, and ensure all requirements are documented and pursued.
  • Provide leadership for project managers and stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and manage risks.
  • Maintain program-level communications with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coordinate complex planning activities and optimize the use of resources.
  • Manage issues as they arise and track project contributions to ensure program success.
  • Align program scope with strategic business objectives and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading acquisitions, mergers, or related programs.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in leadership positions delivering large and complex projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage project risks.
  • Confident, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Dynamic presenter with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Strong engagement management skills, business acumen, and technical insights.
  • Experience managing external customers and understanding deployment lifecycles.
  • Expertise in systems development and project management life-cycle processes.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and delegate within a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
