About the position

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, schedules, and deadlines are met. This role involves facilitating meetings to track progress, preparing status reports, and ensuring project deliverables adhere to quality standards. The Senior Program Manager will also manage change requests, develop user manuals and training materials, and conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to ensure project requirements, schedules, and deadlines are met.
• Facilitate meetings to track progress and identify & resolve issues with proper mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Facilitate change requests to inform all parties of impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation and turnover to the client.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of software development experience.
• 10 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Strong experience in test automation tools like Postman and Selenium.
• Strong experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
• Strong experience in test data management.
• Experience in test automation using Java: Rest Assured, Selenium API, etc.
• Experience in ADA testing.
• Experience in UI as well as API testing.
• Experience in integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of ecosystem and at least 5+ years of experience.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, with experience as a SCRUM Master.
• Experience in Payments domain understanding and client management.
