About The Position
The Program Manager oversees the Party with a Purpose (PWAP) program, which focuses on peer-led HIV prevention, education, testing, and awareness. This role aims to improve health outcomes and eliminate barriers to healthcare for Black/African American cisgender women and Black and Latino Men, ages 18-29, who have sex with men (MSM). The Program Manager is responsible for the administration and daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and fostering a sense of community among participants.
