Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution of workload across the facility team.
  • Analyze work schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure balanced workloads.
  • Collaborate with the facility team to ensure workload leveling goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Establish staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
  • Coordinate with HR and other relevant stakeholders to identify staffing needs and successfully fill any staffing gaps.
  • Maintain a comprehensive schedule of coverage to ensure smooth facility operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Maximo system support within the facility department.
  • Provide training and guidance to facility staff on Maximo functionalities and best practices for data entry and reporting.
  • Monitor Maximo system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with IT or external support as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain a robust equipment downtime reporting system for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff and equipment operators to capture downtime details and identify root causes.
  • Generate reports on equipment downtime metrics, analyze trends, and propose measures to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Regularly assess the efficiency and effectiveness of workload leveling, long-term coverage, Maximo support, and downtime reporting processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement, enhance operational performance, and implement best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, establish benchmarks, and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in program management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Maximo or similar facility management software.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess workload distribution and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to develop staffing plans and manage coverage effectively.
