About the position

The Program Manager at JSL Technologies, Inc. will oversee logistics services, managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating various projects across programs. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong logistics support background. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 direct reports and ensuring the successful execution of logistics and program management tasks in support of the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics services including management of multiple subcontractors.
• Coordinate numerous projects and efforts among multiple programs and entities.
• Oversee the development and production of logistic products.
• Manage technical programs in support of Weapons Systems in sustainment and/or development.
• Identify technical and programmatic risk areas and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Forecast and execute budgets for logistics operations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience in technical program management.
• Three (3) years of program/project management experience in logistics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in program plans and schedules derived from an integrated master schedule.
• Experience in identifying technical and programmatic risk areas.
• Experience in logistics management, configuration management, and sustainment engineering.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
• Experience managing products for Navy Combat Weapons Systems.
