About the position

The Program Manager will lead and manage the delivery of complex, high-impact programs utilizing Agile methodologies. This role involves collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and the achievement of strategic objectives. The Program Manager will facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams, while also addressing any impediments that may affect program timelines or deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex, high-impact programs using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure strategic objectives are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, planning) and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Identify and address any impediments that may affect program timelines or deliverables.
• Implement scalable Agile practices and Agile principles.
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management, particularly in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that may impact program delivery.
• Experience in managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing job descriptions.
