About the position

The Program Quality Manager at TriSource is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and quality management of programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves collaboration with leadership, community partners, and families to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement of programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate and facilitate access to medical, therapeutic, and community-based services to support clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Support the process for acquiring and licensing new properties.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for existing properties.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving their goals and outcomes, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for participants and staff.
• Support program scheduling, ensuring programs are adequately staffed aligned with ratios and budget, and review and approve timesheets.
• Review and monitor staffing agency and other vendor expenditures, ensuring programs operate within budgetary constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and report writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Quality assurance experience (2 years preferred).
