About the position

The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Workforce Wellness Program (WWP). This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient execution of various activities related to health and wellness services, case management, and community outreach. The Program Manager will also be responsible for meeting contract deliverables and acting as a spokesperson for the program.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all operations for the CBP Workforce Wellness Program (WWP).
  • Accumulate outcome data tracking and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to leadership.
  • Initiate, guide, and support staff with continuous quality and process improvement.
  • Forecast budget planning and execute expenditures of program funds.
  • Collaboratively work with specialized staff to monitor client needs and implement new support services.
  • Manage relationships with the Contract Officer (CO) and the Contract Officer Representative (COR).
  • Oversee performance measurement, capturing and reporting client outcomes, and coordinating outreach events.
  • Track and complete funder deliverables, audits, surveys, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in, organize, and train staff in established best practices.
  • Manage Community Outreach and Communication to ensure CBP Employees and their family members utilize the program's services.
  • Represent Endeavors at conferences and meetings with service providers.

Requirements

  • An Undergraduate Degree in a health sciences field, criminal justice field, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in people management, planning operations, budgets, and projects.
  • 5+ years of experience with managerial/supervisory responsibilities and program level leadership experience.
  • Experience with health and wellness or suicide prevention, particularly with Military, Veteran, Law Enforcement, and/or First Responder populations.
  • Experience in overseeing employer-based wellness programs and delivering training related to wellness, behavioral health, or suicide awareness.
