About the position

The Program Manager at VML will lead the Project Management discipline for a global tech client, focusing on delivering integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage and mentor teams while streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of work that is excellent, on time, on budget and goes beyond the brief.
• Establish and manage program timelines, communication, and processes.
• Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions.
• Act as lead to foster collaboration and coordination across offices.
• Lead, motivate, direct and challenge teams to produce great work.
• Continue to optimize and shape the client operating model to best service the business.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts, financial reports/trends to inform project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on project management leadership experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role.
• Proven track record of overseeing global brand campaigns across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in multi-channel, integrated campaign work with a strong knowledge of marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to connect and motivate a large team.

Nice-to-haves

• B2B and consumer electronics experience is highly desired.
