About the position

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support various technical projects for the Directorate of Information Technology Services and Solutions at the Headquarters AFOSI in Quantico. This role involves overseeing operational support, managing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of contractual obligations while adhering to business policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the performance of a variety of highly technical projects organized by technology, program, or client.
• Oversee day-to-day operational support to OSI's HQ and field units, including project design, marketing, and resource allocation.
• Manage funds and personnel effectively, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
• Operate within guidance, contractual limitations, and business and policy directives.
• Serve as the focal point of contact regarding program activities.
• Ensure all required resources are available for program implementation.
• Maintain the development and execution of business activities based on broad, general guidance.
• Confer with project managers to provide technical advice and assist with problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of information technology (IT) project/program management experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
