About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize content management systems to streamline project documentation and communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance using Primavera or similar project management tools.
• Manage risks by developing risk mitigation strategies and conducting regular assessments.
• Facilitate team meetings to encourage collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management within an IT infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall methodologies and experience with content management systems.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with risk management practices and tools used in the industry.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
