About the position
JNP Industries LLC is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead the operational execution of their Laboratory Courier Services contract. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with terms, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day contract operations, ensuring all contract terms are met.
- Work closely with the Fleet Manager to coordinate vehicle and driver schedules.
- Manage compliance with VA regulations and ensure the team meets all deadlines.
- Provide regular reports on contract performance to senior management.
- Manage staffing needs and training schedules for drivers and support personnel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing contracts and working with government agencies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
