About the position

FalconTek is seeking a Program Manager for the Hanscom Base Infrastructure Modernization IDIQ contract. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the successful modernization and operation of network infrastructure at DAF bases worldwide, contributing to the overall mission capability of the Air and Space Forces. The position requires strong leadership, program management skills, and a solid understanding of network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the BIM IDIQ contract.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for each Task Order.
• Ensure compliance with all performance requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with the BIM PMO, Task Order Representatives, and external agencies.
• Facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and Program Management Reviews (PMR).
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and performance.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of all personnel assigned to the contract.
• Ensure all technical solutions meet the performance thresholds outlined in the Task Orders.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Task Order PWS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Strong understanding of network design, architecture, and implementation.
• Familiarity with DoD and DAF network infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• ITIL certification preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with network infrastructure modernization projects is highly desirable.
