About the position

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational functions of the COE team at JLL. This position focuses on enhancing business processes, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage business intelligence tools, and ensure compliance with regulations while identifying opportunities for technology integration to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business operational functions including onboarding and people experience.
  • Review and measure business metrics to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support the delivery of strategic business initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure program/project deliverables are met.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with the Risk & Compliance Lead to enhance productivity.
  • Provide proactive support to stakeholders in achieving account goals.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect content, insights, and success stories.
  • Monitor and manage the Compliance mailbox.
  • Support the onboarding process and ensure compliance policies are understood by new team members.
  • Coordinate access to client locations and networks with stakeholders.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools for data-informed decision-making and improvement opportunities.
  • Review operational performance and identify areas for improvement with the Risk & Compliance Lead.
  • Support incident reporting policies and review Health, Safety, Security, Environmental (HSSE) programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in program management or related fields.
  • Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate across many levels of the organization.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
