About The Position
The Program Manager at RiseWell Community Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Barbara Faron Residence, an Affordable Supportive Housing development in Far Rockaway, Queens. This role focuses on providing support to individuals recovering from mental illness and/or substance use, ensuring they have opportunities to improve their health and quality of life while maintaining community living. The Program Manager will lead a team, develop services based on residents' needs, and ensure quality service delivery.
