About The Position
The Program Manager at Jade Global is responsible for the overall delivery of projects for clients, either managing large projects directly or overseeing multiple related projects. This role involves driving project success from initiation to completion, managing project scope changes, conducting risk management analysis, and providing coaching to project managers. The position requires on-site presence at the client location in Missouri for up to 50% of the time for the first 12 months, after which it may transition to primarily remote work with occasional travel for major project milestones.
