About the position

The Program Manager at Jade Global is responsible for the overall delivery of projects for clients, either managing large projects directly or overseeing multiple related projects. This role involves driving project success from initiation to completion, managing project scope changes, conducting risk management analysis, and providing coaching to project managers. The position requires on-site presence at the client location in Missouri for up to 50% of the time for the first 12 months, after which it may transition to primarily remote work with occasional travel for major project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct project manager for large projects or program manager over multiple related projects.
• Drive project success from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
• Participate in project reviews and manage disposition of issues and project scope changes.
• Approve project plans and manage, review, and prioritize project work plans.
• Provide status and progress reviews to the executive team.
• Conduct risk management analysis and client management as required.
• Provide coaching and skills development for project managers.
• Create and drive Organizational Change Management plans as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership.
• Proven record of success in project management.
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification required.
• Previous experience with Organizational Change Management, including Prosci or CCMP, is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders.
• Experienced in using various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple time zones, countries, and cultures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Oracle HCM is preferred.
• Knowledge of business coaching methodologies.
