About the position

The Program Manager will oversee the integration and implementation of program elements, ensuring adherence to the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role focuses on value creation, stakeholder management, engagement profitability, and proactive client engagement, while also leading and developing the team and managing risks and issues related to program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program to ensure integration and implementation of program elements as per schedule, budget, and quality.
• Ensure value creation in the engagement.
• Manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders for smooth integration and implementation of the program.
• Manage engagement profitability by overseeing various variables.
• Proactively engage with the client to understand business engagements.
• Lead, manage, develop, and engage the team.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues for program delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in program management and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with DevOps and SAP Test Data Migration Server.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
