About the position

The Program Manager for Supported Living at Rauch, Inc. is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living program, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients with disabilities. This role involves supervising staff, overseeing the implementation of Individual Support Plans, and maintaining effective documentation and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living program.
• Supervise residential staff to ensure effective service delivery.
• Oversee clients' Individual Support Plan goals, objectives, and action steps.
• Maintain high quality of services and appropriate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in providing direct service to individuals with disabilities.
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Benefits
