About the position

The Program Manager at Sharpit Incorporation is responsible for leading and overseeing various projects within the organization. The Program Manager will analyze requirements, design programs, and utilize project management tools to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify project needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Implement project management methodologies such as Kaizen and Kanban to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize tools such as SAS and Primavera for effective project tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor program performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing demands or challenges.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong understanding of project implementation processes.
  • Familiarity with requirements analysis techniques and tools used in program design.
  • Experience with project management methodologies including Kaizen, Kanban, and others is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using project management software such as SAS and Primavera for planning and execution purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
