About the position

The Program Manager role involves overseeing multiple connected projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and managing resources to meet project objectives. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to facilitate team meetings, and a focus on continuous improvement in project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and prioritize day-to-day activities for programs and projects.
• Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives.
• Maintain multi-functional team relationships and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Define inputs/outputs (deliverables) for assigned projects and programs.
• Facilitate team meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage moderately complex projects and programs, holding team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Assist in the creation, facilitation, and submission of NPD reports.
• Support and implement the Stage Gate process and drive improvements in product launches.
• Utilize and maintain project management tools such as project plans and risk analysis.
• Contribute to organizational learning and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or engineering field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical leadership or project management.
• Proven experience managing a team and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in program management methodologies and techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing both domestic and overseas cross-functional project teams.
