About the position

The Program Manager at Acuity International is responsible for the overall oversight and operational performance of a contract on-site. This role involves ensuring that all contractual requirements and client expectations are met, acting as the primary contact for the client during on-site events, and managing resource allocations. The Program Manager will supervise teams, validate timesheets, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain quality communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Validate and approve timesheets for all direct reports.
• Ensure all timesheets are approved throughout the department in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to all contract policies and procedures.
• Complete all case management assessments according to customer requirements.
• Supervise Shelter Workers and oversee teams on-site.
• Conduct team building, coaching, staff appraisals, and performance measures.
• Train staff on policy updates and ensure compliance in training.
• Update all case management databases according to contract policy and procedures.
• Ensure quality care and provision of services with prompt response.
• Maintain quality communication with the customer and provide daily reports as needed.
• Attend all required internal and external meetings.
• Perform audits and provide recommendations to meet compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a social service or related field.
• 5 years or more experience in supervisory and case management roles, particularly with vulnerable youth and their families.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Read, Write, Speak).
• 5 years or more of emergency response/case management experience.
• 5 years or more of operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience in training and leading others.
• Good verbal and writing skills, with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency with computer, common office equipment, and MS Office products.
