About the position

The Program Manager for the Club House for Youth oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Clubhouse program and facility including planning, organizing, and leading program activities and services. The Clubhouse Program Manager will ensure the quality of services through supervision of Therapists, Case Managers, Social Service Coordinators, and volunteers as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that service delivery is performed according to mission, policies, and procedures of the organization.
  • Supervise program staff by providing direction, input, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Delegates appropriates tasks and oversee all work assignments.
  • Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Develop new initiatives to meet community and member needs.
  • Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
  • Guides the development and implementation of program activities and services.
  • Assist in screening applicants promptly and responsively to identify the level of need efficiently and direct individuals to appropriate services.
  • Identify and develop partnerships which improve members' access to needed opportunities including employment, education, and housing.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment strategies to increase membership into the Clubhouse.
  • Develop interagency community network relationships which improve access to relevant community services and benefits.
  • Participate in community workgroups and meetings as deemed appropriate.
  • Liaise with other managers to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
  • Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program.
  • Ensure that the program operates within the approved budget.
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures.
  • Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide required information to have invoices generated and submitted to funders according to the established timelines.
  • Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements.
  • Write reports on the program as required/requested for management and funders.
  • Complete required administrative tasks and keep related administrative records.
  • Timely documentation in accordance with CHRIS 180 policy and procedures.
  • Coordinate, Monitor, and Train for document in electronic health record system the reason for cancellation, rescheduled appointments, and tardiness within the note section of consumer information.
  • Coordinate, Monitor and Train communication amongst multidiscipline and assigned locations.
  • Coordinate, Monitor and Train the initiation of new consumers into electronic health record.
  • Coordinate, Monitor, Prepare and submit reports and statistical data when necessary.
  • Demonstrate competency in the assessment process, including the direct service of completing an assessment within the electronic health record.
  • Adhere to the organization policies and procedures.
  • Attend and participate in assigned meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of consumer information.
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Follow the CHRIS 180 Code of Ethics.
  • Follow designated licensure board governing body code of ethics.
  • Follow mandated reporting requirements of GA Code.
  • Follow mandated requirements of accreditation and governing bodies of CHRIS 180.
  • Support and maintain an environment of emotional and physical safety for consumers, staff, and other stakeholders at all times.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Attend and participate in required trainings as scheduled.
  • Maintain required certifications.
  • Review, understand and be responsible to program policies.
  • Provide documents in a timely fashion to Human Resources.
  • Report changes in status to HR as required by policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human service field i.e., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, and Criminal Justice.
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, and Public Administration preferred.
  • Certified as a CACII or GCADC-II credential or equivalent; MAC or LPC/LCSW with Substance Use experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of mental health diagnosis, emotional and/or behavior concerns and effective interventions.
  • Three to Five years of experience working with adolescents with mental health diagnosis, emotional and/or behavior disorders.
  • Experience and/or knowledge working with young adults and family in community home-based settings.
  • Knowledge of program management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in building community partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of community resources.
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to effectively relate to clients, parents/custodians of all social, economic, ethnic, and educational backgrounds, with firmness, fairness, and concern.
  • Solid decision-making ability as related to the safety and well-being of clients, families, community, and staff.
  • Dependability, emotional stability and physically capable.
  • Ability to recognize when assistance and consultation is needed.
  • Organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks successfully.
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interactive skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under demand and deadlines.
  • Computer skills.

Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Depending on licensure/certification/Experience)
  • Flexible hours with summer hours and after school hours per contract requirements.
  • On call availability after hours for supervisory needs.
