Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the program including coordination of care and supports.

• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, direct care staff, and administrative support staff.
• Support individuals in developing new skills for independence and success.

Requirements

• Experience in program management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.
