About the position

The Program Manager position at Cherokee Federal involves providing comprehensive program management support to TRADOC, ensuring all phases of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are effectively integrated, managed, controlled, and documented. The role requires maintaining communication with the government regarding operational status and events, and it is essential to have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide complete program management support that fully integrates, manages, controls, and documents all phases of the PWS requirements.
  • Keep the Government fully informed on OE CORE status and events both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Demonstrated successful prior experience managing a Government contract similar in size and nature to this requirement over a 3-5 year period.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years managing a military organization similar in size and nature to this requirement.
  • 3-5 years of technical program management experience.
  • Minimum 8-10 years military experience, knowledgeable about TRADOC and its missions.
  • Strong personal, oral, and written communications skills appropriate for senior level audiences.
