Our client is looking for a Program Manager for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in a customer support organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with business representatives, management, engineering and support staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have overall 5-7 years experience.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience working with stakeholder management, strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in communicating with senior leadership.
  • Minimum proficiency level is required within full Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Must have minimum 1 year of experience with Cloud Technologies Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Should have basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Should have basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a related field.
  • Should have strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience with deploying software within a company and understanding the development and change management cycles.
  • Should have verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • PMI or PMP certification is highly preferred.
