About the position

As a Program Office Business Operations Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational readiness and sustainment of a Department of Defense aviation weapons system program. Your responsibilities will include managing communications with senior stakeholders, coordinating strategic planning efforts, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective analysis and documentation. This position requires a proactive approach to decision-making and a strong ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support key projects and initiatives of executive leadership in a Department of Defense aviation weapons system program office.
  • Manage communications with key stakeholders, including senior and executive-level government officials.
  • Review, coordinate, and execute formal taskers on behalf of the organization.
  • Assist with strategic planning and generate strategic documents and presentations to support leadership objectives.
  • Ensure all outputs meet quality standards by integrating technical and strategic inputs.

Requirements

  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and facilitate communications.
  • Experience coordinating, reviewing, and generating high-quality documentation, briefings, and strategic communications.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, stakeholder engagement techniques, and best practices in operational efficiency.
  • Ability to ensure all outputs meet quality standards, integrating technical and strategic inputs as necessary.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with business operations, program management, or life cycle logistics, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with business operations, program management, or life cycle logistics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or another formal task management system.
  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics Certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) Certification.
