About the position

The Operations Program Associate role at Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Boston is designed for an enthusiastic and organized professional who will support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based day program setting. This position involves collaborating with the administrative team to ensure high-quality services across program sites in Waltham and Canton, while also providing leadership and feedback to program staff. The role offers opportunities to implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between day program locations in Canton and Waltham, at least 3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work.
• Manage quality of services, ensuring safety, staff training, and documentation requirements are met.
• Complete routine internal audits of client files.
• Handle monthly service billing and maintain the agency's online database.
• Train program staff on case management tasks and required documentation.
• Maintain a caseload and cover additional files during case manager vacancies.
• Communicate collaboratively with collateral contacts to gather required documentation and information.
• Prioritize tasks and manage a flexible schedule effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent clinical writing skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork, communication, leadership, and instruction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with human service operations.
