About the position

The Program Operations Coordinator at Inner City Law Center (ICLC) plays a crucial role in managing program deliverables and outcome tracking, as well as supporting internal and external data reporting. This position is integral to the organization’s efforts to end homelessness in Los Angeles by ensuring compliance with grant requirements and improving data management practices. The coordinator will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall evaluation and sustainability of ICLC's programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ICLC's Deliverable Dashboard and provide timely reports to Program Managers and Director of Program Operations.
  • Research and implement improvements to the Dashboard for better data analytics.
  • Coordinate Deliverable Dashboard meetings and follow up with program leadership.
  • Provide input on leadership level Grants Management Meetings.
  • Analyze program team data to recommend system improvements.
  • Synthesize data sets for internal and external consumption, creating report guides and best practices.
  • Facilitate system improvements needed to measure quality legal services at ICLC.
  • Offer data-driven insights via data analytics to inform growth opportunities for programs.
  • Serve as a secondary administrator for ICLC's Case Management System and Grants Management System.
  • Provide training and updates on grant deliverables and outcomes to program leadership.
  • Support program evaluation efforts and disseminate findings to improve program efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in program data management or reporting.
  • Experience in program administration, direct legal services, or nonprofit programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and reporting is desired.
  • Knowledge of legal service delivery models or comparable client-facing services.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with addressing service needs of vulnerable populations.
