Operations Program Manager will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, customer requirements and satisfaction goals and objectives. What You Will Do Develops mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for interventions and problem solving with program managers, operations managers, and customers. Constantly communicates and provides status and updates on program progress and performance as it relates to cost, quality, and schedule. Works closely with operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance and management, and the customer both internal and external. Results oriented person as demonstrated through prior work performance and education. This is an onsite role. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's and minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience. Experience with EVMS Vendor/supplier management experience Experience with product structures, work breakdown and manufacturing process. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Customer relationship management including relationship building, collaboration, and execution. Prior manufacturing experience in fabrication, repair and/or maintenance environment Experience working with SAP/PRISM/Windchill/ERP systems. Mechanical and electrical engineering background with experience interpreting and building products to drawings; configuration control knowledge. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
