About The Position
The Program Planning & Control Analyst III at Torch Technologies is responsible for supporting the Program Control Department by managing budgeting, planning, tracking, and financial analysis tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks and priorities while participating in project planning, cost tracking, and variance analysis. The analyst will also be involved in the development of budgets, review of purchase orders, and pricing of customer proposals.
