About the position

The Program Planning Manager for Facility Asset Management (FAM) at Disney is responsible for developing and sustaining the planned program that ensures the integrity, show, and safety of existing Walt Disney World (WDW) assets. This role involves strategic partnership with various teams, including Facility Operation Services (FOS), to create multi-year asset reinvestment strategies and plans. The manager will lead a team, perform statistical analysis, and prepare presentations for executives, while collaborating with multiple partners across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and sustainment of a significant portion of the planned program for WDW assets.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop and evaluate asset strategies and their impacts.
• Perform statistical analysis and prepare presentations for executives and other leaders.
• Work with leaders to develop business strategies, goals, and metrics for the IFP team.
• Lead fellow team members in program planning and analysis.
• Proficiently use software applications for IFP development and program analysis.
• Work independently while collaborating with multiple partners across the organization.
• Identify and understand project-related impacts on all lines of business.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in the construction industry or similar industries.
• 6+ years experience working with project and program partners and team members.
• Experience in long-range facility asset planning and project management.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of construction and maintenance work and methods.
• Experience with Data Analytics and Financial Reporting in construction or similar industries.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Tableau, Watson or other data analytics/visualization software.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Experience with Tririga, Maximo, or other facility planning software.
