The Program/Project Coordinator at Kansas State University plays a pivotal role in managing the Learning Assistant Program. This position is responsible for supporting, training, and supervising undergraduate student leaders involved in the K-State First Learning Assistant program. This includes collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure the program meets the needs of students and aligns with the university's educational goals. The coordinator will also be involved in data management and analysis, utilizing student data systems such as KSIS and Canvas to track student progress and program effectiveness.
