About the position

The Program/Project Support Coordinator II position at the University of Missouri is a full-time role within the Emergency Medicine department. This position is responsible for performing assignments using existing procedures and developing implementation plans for various programs and projects. The coordinator will provide guidance and oversight as necessary, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role involves analyzing information such as project plans and budgets, making informed judgments, and providing recommendations for improvement and efficiency. In addition to standard assignments, the coordinator will assist in budget development alongside the Manager of Research activities, maintaining appropriate use of expenses in relation to the budget. The position requires collaboration with internal and external entities, representing the program/project to administrators, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. The coordinator will work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines, while also developing working relationships with both internal and external parties. The role is structured around a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least two years of relevant experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $21.28 and $27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities

  • Perform assignments using existing procedures.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
