Responsibilities for this Position Program Rep, Senior/Specialist/Principal US-CT-Groton Job ID: 2024-13611 Type: Full-Time # of Openings: 2 Category: Program Management EB Groton Shipyard Overview Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Program Representative to support the coordination, tracking, and development of logistics products to include but not limited to maintenance planning, supply support, and/or configuration management. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, tracking workflow of products, assess and develop process improvements, daily use of computer driven systems and metrics reporting. Candidate will be required to review and/or assess alterations, change documentation, drawings, and technical manuals; address feedback reports and provide recommendations for logistics support. The position will entail significant interaction and engagement with various customers such as EB Program Office, Government Agencies, Engineering, ILS disciplines, EB Off-Site Departments, and subcontractors. Qualifications Required: * ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE. * High School Diploma or equivalent * 5 + years of maintenance planning, material management, logistics management or submarine experience. * Applicant must be able to acquire SCI access clearance. Preferred: * Have experience as a 3M Coordinator especially while taking a submarine into a major availability work period is a plus. * Knowledge of submarine design and material. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Products, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
