About the position

The Program Sales Manager for Four Corners is responsible for managing existing business relationships and implementing retention strategies to secure contract agreements with customers. This hybrid role requires the candidate to live in the market area and travel to offices or customer locations as needed. The position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving service escalations, and increasing revenue through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing business relationships and develop retention strategies.
  • Handle retention requests and provide ongoing education on contract details to customers.
  • Resolve customer service escalations within the book of business.
  • Increase revenue and profitability through effective retention calls.
  • Match Waste Management services with customer needs and communicate pricing and service strategies.
  • Propose compliant customer solutions and secure service agreements.
  • Utilize sales productivity software tools effectively.
  • Prepare complex proposals and make recommendations on equipment optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience.
  • Two years of relationship management experience in the environmental, waste, or related service industry.
  • Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
