About the position

The Program Sales Portfolio Analyst will support the Program Architecture organization by managing Sales and Sales Operations systems and tool design. This role involves strategic oversight of a portfolio of deliverables, ensuring alignment with business unit leadership and effective communication with senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and program management experience, particularly in Salesforce and SAP environments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Sales and Sales Operations systems and tool design, adoption, and maintenance.
  • Determine the strategy for a portfolio of deliverables in areas such as Sales Process, Quoting and Purchasing, Order Fulfillment and Installation, Product Operationalization, Support and Compliance, Renewal and Retention.
  • Partner with business unit leadership to ensure that their specific requirements are well documented.
  • Own a program portfolio of approximately $4.5M in development resources, managing 4-8 programs end-to-end from discovery to project charter, prioritization, feature identification, user story creation, development, and organization of testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce; Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of SAP experience preferred.
  • Product Owner certification such as CSPO or SAFe POPM.
  • Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to gaps from a technical and/or project management perspective.
  • Subject matter expertise in a variety of additional software applications and the business acumen to apply them to business problems.
