About the position

As a Program Senior Quality Analyst at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of IT services for a cabinet-level Government Agency focused on national energy and environmental resources. This position involves overseeing contractor performance, implementing service improvement processes, and ensuring customer feedback is utilized to enhance IT solutions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, transforming technology into opportunities that improve agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for overall contractor performance and quality assurance as specified in performance measures and metrics.
• Oversee service support and delivery adjustments, corrections, and improvements by developing and maintaining continual service improvement processes.
• Report contractor performance on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Provide corrective action plans for any IT service that performs below established standards.
• Collect and utilize customer feedback to develop customer-centric IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, complex Excel files, and PowerPoint, as well as MS Project.
• Possess at least one of the following certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL Intermediate, Expert, or Master-Level.
• Demonstrated experience with hiring staff against GSA schedule labor category descriptions and qualifications.
• Experience with BPA contract vehicles and task-based ordering.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Cabinet-level Government Agency performance management experience highly desirable.
• Possessing a SAFe or Agile certification (any level).
