The Program Service Coordinator for Pulmonology at Monument Health is responsible for coordinating patient flow and managing data collection, analysis, and reporting related to quality and productivity within the department. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of patients and progress of the program/service.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for quality and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assist with patient education and clinical interventions as per licensure scope.
• Act as a liaison between various healthcare roles to optimize patient care and scheduling.
• Support organizational quality initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain knowledge of legislative and regulatory issues impacting practice.
• Coordinate and track quantitative and qualitative data for departmental needs.
• Serve as a resource for department staff and community regarding program services.
• Participate in departmental committees to achieve identified goals.

Requirements

• Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license from the South Dakota Board of Nursing.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences.
