The Program Specialist Team Leader (Disability Integration Advisor) at the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) plays a crucial role in ensuring the inclusion and accessibility of individuals with disabilities during all phases of emergency management. This position involves advising senior leadership, planning and implementing emergency management programs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide effective emergency planning and response services. The DIA also supervises the Access and Functional Needs Coordinator and serves as a liaison between MEMA and other agencies to coordinate services for individuals with disabilities.
