About the position

The Program Supervisor for the Autism Program at JtC AUSM is a leadership role focused on managing a caseload of clients with autism and related diagnoses. This position involves providing family education and support, overseeing team leads and direct providers, and collaborating with other supervisors to ensure comprehensive program support. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 12-15 clients.
• Provide family education and support.
• Oversee care coordination services for clients.
• Supervise assigned team leads and direct providers.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and the leadership team.
• Provide clinical support and coaching to team leads and direct support staff.
• Coordinate services for clients.
• Oversee goal progress of assigned clients.
• Create treatment plans for clients.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, LMFT).
• Relevant hands-on experience working with children with disabilities.
• Supervising experience.
