Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs.
  • AA degree in childcare, management, or a related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for childcare centers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Action-oriented, organized, and strategic thinker.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Early Childhood Education management roles such as Program Manager or Assistant Director.
