About the position
The Program Supervisor of Intact Family Services at Brightpoint plays a vital role in the child welfare team, focusing on keeping children safe and supporting families through intensive, trauma-informed case management services. This position involves providing reflective supervision to Intact Specialists and advocating for continuous program evaluation and improvement, all aimed at helping children and families thrive in their communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide reflective supervision to Intact Specialists.
- Advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement.
- Collaborate within and across programs to ensure child safety and family support.
- Implement Solution-Based Casework (SBC) model in service delivery.
- Participate in in-person meetings and events as required.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field required.
- At least two years of social services experience required, with child welfare experience highly desirable.
- Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), and Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.
