About the position

The Program Supervisor role at Nama Ste West DTA is a full-time position focused on making a significant impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is essential for the organization's mission to expand access to services and improve the delivery of support. The supervisor will oversee a team of caregivers, implement Individual Service Plans (ISP), and ensure the well-being of individuals receiving services through direct support and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with team members and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
