About the position
The Community Partner Program District Supervisor is responsible for overseeing regional teams within the Community Partner Program (CPP) of the Health and Human Services Commission. This role involves supervising staff, establishing goals, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing partnerships with community organizations to assist individuals applying for public assistance benefits. The position requires strong leadership, administrative skills, and knowledge of relevant health and human services programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of regional teams and establish goals in collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager.
- Approve schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals.
- Oversee program activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and technical assistance for community partners.
- Coordinate meetings to provide programmatic updates and training.
- Assist with the coordination of CPP Forums and community partner events.
- Conduct assessments of community organizations and develop recruitment goals.
- Monitor program implementation and evaluate performance measures.
- Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to community partners.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Health and Human Service benefits including Medicaid, TANF, CHIP, and SNAP.
- A minimum of two (2) years of staff supervision experience.
- Experience working with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
