About the position

The Program Supervisor will oversee the Janus Recovery Services for Justice Involved Individuals programs, including the Sobering Center. This role involves leading a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services, supporting clients in their recovery goals, and driving programmatic success. The supervisor will focus on clinical supervision, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, making a significant impact in the field of substance use disorder recovery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the case management and peer support team of Sobering Center and CAFEs programs.
• Coordinate schedules, allocate space, and delegate tasks among team members.
• Ensure adherence to program protocols, contract deliverables, and federal & state laws.
• Act as a key contact for law enforcement and probation department staff regarding program operations.
• Lead the implementation of health care procedures in collaboration with medical and behavioral health leadership.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure quality care is provided to clients.
• Manage inventory of medical equipment and supplies in collaboration with LVN.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and government agencies.

Requirements

• CADC I, SUDRC I or higher SUD Counselor Certification.
• Minimum two years of employment experience in a substance use disorder integrated healthcare setting.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience with SUD counselors and peer support staff.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Managed Care Plan and Integrated medical and behavioral health models.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and CFR42 confidentiality restrictions.
• Ability to effectively use internal and external informational technology systems.
