Cypher Analytics is seeking a strategic IT Project Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. The role involves transforming high-level objectives into actionable project roadmaps while delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizational success by balancing strategic planning, client advocacy, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive mission-critical IT projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop program baselines and identify program risks.
• Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Lead a team while working independently with minimal direction.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.
• Ensure vendor management aligns with contracts and Service Level Agreements.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and delivering IT projects
• Knowledge of technical concepts and best practices
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience with performance management improvement
• Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance management
• Familiarity with vendor management practices
• SAFe Program Consultant Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
