About the position

The Program Support Director (PSD) at MAB Community Services is responsible for overseeing Residential Coordinators and managing person-centered supports for participants in cluster homes. The PSD plays a crucial role in facilitating interdisciplinary teams to enhance personal growth and community participation for participants. This position involves staff leadership, quality assurance, and administrative responsibilities to ensure compliance with policies and effective program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Residential Coordinators and ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new Residential Coordinators.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
• Conduct routine supervision meetings with assigned Residential Coordinators.
• Facilitate Cluster Meetings and Residential Coordinator Meetings bi-monthly.
• Ensure program compliance with MAB and State Agency Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct administrative, MAP, and environmental program audits as assigned.
• Monitor ISP documentation and provide feedback to Residential Coordinators.
• Act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• Strong critical thinking and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Valid MA driver's license and ability to drive program vehicles.
