About the position

The Program Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Technology Business Manager function within a leading financial organization in Jersey City, NJ. This hybrid position focuses on headcount, resource, and vendor management, as well as operational risk tracking and audit progress. The role involves collaboration with various teams to build reports, manage financials, and address project and program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the business management team in building reports and managing financial support functions for the CTO.
  • Collaborate with functional and development managers on resource allocations and forecasts.
  • Address project, program, and audit information needs for key business resources.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including accounts payable processes and invoice payments.
  • Capture key project metrics for executive-level reporting and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews focusing on headcount ratios, hiring status, and financials.
  • Coordinate operational risk management and compliance training efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate governance and project managers to ensure alignment in tracking cross-LOB programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in resource management and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Strong metrics and reporting skills.
  • Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint for managing workflows and data repositories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on delivery and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
